Getting past the Stress, together
With COVID-19 now with us for over a year, we here at Take Stock Manatee have really taken notice to how the pandemic affects our scholars. Stress and anxiety coping strategies are something that many of our students have found value in. Tara Motzenbecker, mental health therapist, has offered her services to TSIC in an effort to make sure that all of our students not only get the help they need, but are capable of dealing with the big stressors of life on their own. Watch the video below to learn about the ways that you can calm yourself when you feel your anger or anxiety building.
