Zenith is looking for the next generation of talented workers’ compensation claims specialists. This is not an internship but a trainee position to launch you into an exciting career in claims management!
You will join a Claims department full of other innovative, adaptive, and diverse professionals working collaboratively to help individuals injured on the job regain their health and return to work.
The training program will teach you how to investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of liability concerning claims. You will collaborate with policyholders, in-house specialists, and injured employees, as well as calculate and approve benefit payment of claims.
No experience in insurance is required. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
